Thank you for interest in our Customer Deferred Fee credit card processing program. Please download and complete our application. When you have completed and signed it, please remit your two most recent credit card statements (for application apporval only), a voided check, and the completed application via FAX to our office at (505) 389-2646. You may also scan and email the documents to staff@pwfsi.com. We will process your application and inform you as soon as you are approved (usually one to two business days) and ship you our complete membership package and credit card terminal within two business days.
